SALESmanago takes over Mexico – Marketing Automation Workshops in Mexico City

On 15-16th October we organized a 2-day training in the heart of Mexico City for our Mexican customers. The workshops were really intensive and at the same time, it was the very first SALESmanago official event in the region!

Our Marketing Automation Specialists, Zofia Mikołajczuk-Sánchez and Alexander Camacho Velarde led this extensive and comprehensive training for the SALESmanago customers. The event was co-organized with one with our most important partners, Xarvis from Mexico. Among 19 participants from  Mexico there were the representatives of companies from a variety of industries: Fábrica de Calzado Andrea, Opticas Devlyn, Asdeporte, Grupo Cinépolis Klic, Librerías Gandhi, Vivus, Grupo Xarvis. The presence of professionals, experts in their fields assured a very high level of the meeting and an atmosphere bursting with a thirst for knowledge.

The attendants had a unique opportunity to learn about the basic and advanced features of the SALESmanago platform: email marketing, web push notifications, automation rules, Automatic Sales Chat, Social Media automation and any more. Our experts also explained how to plan and execute a successful multichannel Marketing Automation strategy.

Becoming Marketing Automation experts

Our specialists set the ball rolling on the first day speaking about the implementation plan, best practices of email marketing, omnichannel marketing automation and lead nurturing. The participants had a chance to gain technical and practical knowledge regarding automation processes for B2C and B2B.

Because it was our intention to make the training highly practical, on the second day the attendees analyzed marketing automation case studies and created campaign concepts for given cases in groups. Then, with the help of the SALESmanago Marketing Automation Specialists, they configured the system and implemented the proposed ideas and set up sample automated campaigns. All attendees received SALESmanago Marketing Automation Professional Certificate.

The attendees participated actively in the workshops by asking questions and showing a great interest in the subject of the meeting. Moreover, they shared their experiences, feedback and opinions regarding the use of the SALESmanago platform. Take a look at what they have said:

In comparison with the solution for email marketing that we used before, the SALESmanago platform really exceeded our expectations. The Email Drag&Drop Designer is extremely useful for us because it allows us to create responsive emails quickly and without any help from the IT department.

María Fernanda Velázquez, Cinépolis Klic

At first it may seem complicated to implement and start using the platform, but we have quickly discovered its efficiency and great usability. We always can rely on the support of our Project Manager and the SALESmanago partner company Xarvis. I warmly invite other SALESmanago users to keep exploring the platform and try all of its features.

Carlos Jurado, Asdeporte

Helping Mexican companies to grow

The aim of the event was to share our expert marketing knowledge among the customers in Mexico, gained during years as the leader of the European marketing automation industry. The participants – all of them being marketing professionals in their companies – learned the importance of personalized content in communication in order to stand out in the competitive market. Thanks to the extensive training, they are able to implement effective automated campaigns that draw customers’ attention and meet their needs and expectations.

It’s worth mentioning that SALESmanago has a strong position in the Mexican Marketing Automation market. We are proud to have on board customers from the most important businesses in the country, renowned in the whole Latin American region and even worldwide, such as the E-commerce clothing store Andrea or Cinépolis, the fourth largest cinema chain in the world, present in many Latin American countries. We hope that the event will strengthen our relations with businesses in this region of the world and that we will be able to contribute to the growth of more and more Mexican companies.
