1. How has SALESmanago changed since you came to work here?
Five years is a long time, so there have been changes in almost every aspect: procedures, team members, tasks performed, benefits, the place where work is done, and how the meetings are held—including the whole hybrid experience.
Each new person joining the team brings a change to the workplace. Once we acquire the requisite knowledge, confidence, and experience and observe the dependencies and correlations, we are able to improve our performance by giving up certain tasks in favor of new, more effective ones. In fact, improvements occurred in every task I performed in the controlling department giving way to new processes.
2. What skills have you developed while working at SALESmanago?
Certainly organizational skills, time management skills, and analytical thinking skills. I’ve also managed to improve my skills with Excel. I am still working on stress resilience, much needed in my area when managing complex, “ASAP” tasks.
3. What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Resourceful, helpful, empathetic.
4. Which SALESmanago integration meeting was most memorable for you? Why?
It would be one of the first company-wide events after I joined, with bungee jumping and a soccer game in the rain. When you add a barbecue, drinks, and dancing in the rain, it was a perfect combination of adrenaline, fun, and relaxation🙂.
5. If not SALESmanago, then what?
Opening my own pastry shop. For about two years now, I have had a passion for baking and making sweets. I especially love making cakes, inventing my own decorations, and constantly looking for interesting new flavor combinations. Currently, my work is admired by friends and family only, but who knows 😏
