AIK Football enters into a cooperation with SALESmanago and Data Talks as a consulting agency. The scope of the cooperation extends to an investment in Marketing Automation to strategically improve fan engagement. The recent Swedish champion AIK Football aims to gain a better understanding of supporters’ interests and personalize communication to increase ticketing- and merchandising sales.
After an incredibly successful test period during the fall of 2018 – that showed the value of personalizing communication with the club’s supporters – AIK Football selected SALESmanago marketing automation system as a supplier. The cooperation between the parties started during week 48 and runs for an indefinite period of time.
